The History of Phoenix RTC is a journey of lives. It started with an idea, shared by the current directors and , we hope, all who connect with us. The idea ? That to be fully all we can be requires that we do two things : empower and be empowered.

The directors have many years recruitment experience across a range of sectors, including but not exclusivly, Recruitment to Recruitment, Commercial and Industrial, Emerging Technologies, Interm Management, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector and Engineering.  We feel that recruitment matters.  It matters both to the company and to the employee.
